The Challenge & Execution
Managing audio-visual systems for five simultaneous keynote stages without bleeding sound was our first major hurdle. Our engineers deployed state-of-the-art directional audio arrays and acoustic dampening architectures within hours.
Beyond technology, hospitality was paramount. We managed the logistics for over 200 global speakers—coordinating flights, black-car transfers, green room requirements, and real-time stage cues through a centralized KLAR command center.
