Responsibilty Job

Key Responsibilities

Handle booking changes, cancellations, and refunds
Provide support via phone, WhatsApp, and chat
Assist customers during travel emergencies
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
Maintain accurate service logs

Required Qualifications

Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Experience in travel/tour sales preferred
