Key Responsibilities

Lead and monitor daily sales activities and team performance
Set sales targets and track conversions and revenue
Build partnerships with corporates, schools, colleges, and institutions
Review sales reports and share insights with management
Train and mentor sales executives to improve performance

Required Qualifications

Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Experience in travel/tour sales preferred
* Ability to work with CRM tools and reports

Preferred Skills

MBA or advanced degree
Experience working with global, distributed teams
Knowledge of luxury travel industry trends and customer behaviors
Technical background or experience working closely with engineering teams
