Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound travel inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and email
Prepare customized itineraries and quotations
Follow up with prospects and close sales
Update all customer interactions in CRM
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

Required Qualifications

Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Experience in travel/tour sales preferred
* Ability to work with CRM tools and reports

Preferred Skills

Strong communication and customer handling skills
Knowledge of domestic/international travel packages
Ability to convert leads into bookingss
Basic knowledge of CRM systems
