Key Responsibilities

Assist staff with CRM and booking tools
Coordinate with vendors for technical issues
Train employees on digital tools
Ensure system uptime and quick issue resolution

Required Qualifications

Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Experience in travel/tour sales preferred
* Ability to work with CRM tools and reports
